Before purchasing goods from our Online Store, please make sure you have viewed our Sales & Order Information and Terms & Conditions pages.
1. Either browse through the appropriate categories to the item or items required using Categories Side Box and/or centre graphical navigation. You can also use the search facility to find the required items.

2. Once you have the item displayed on screen, if you want to purchase it, type in the quantity required in the "Add to Cart:" text box and then click on the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. If you don't enter a quantity, by default, you will be buying only 1 item.
If the item you are buying has options to select, e.g. colour, kit manufacturer etc, then you will be required to choose the appropriate option for your situation before clicking on the "Add To Cart" button.

3. Once the item can be successfully added to your shopping cart, you will automatically be taken to "Shopping Cart Contents" page. Here you can update the quantity by changing the number in the "Qty" text box and clicking on the "Update Cart" button. You can also remove the item from your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Trashcan image. You can remove multiple items, but selecting the checkboxes and then clicking on the Trashcan image.

If you want to include other items in your order, simply click the "Back To Shopping" button and follow the above steps to add more items to your Shopping Cart. Once you have added an item to your shopping cart, a Shopping Cart Side Box will appear on the left of the screen listing exactly what items are currently in your Shopping Cart.
4. Once you have added all of the items you require, then you can either click "Go To Checkout" button if you are on the "Shopping Cart Contents" page, or from the top navigation bar you can click on the "Checkout" link.

5. If you are not currently Logged In, then you will be greeted with the "Please Sign In" page. If you already have a Login Account with us, then enter your Email Address and Password and click the "Login" button in the "Returning Customers" area. Otherwise, click the "Sign Up" button in the "New Customers" area. The advantage of having an account, means you can track your purchases, view previous orders and it simplifies order handling communication & contacting us. If you are concerned about your privacy, please view our Privacy Policy page for more information.

If you have clicked on the "Sign Up" button, then you will be greeted with "Account Information" page. Please fill in your details in the provided boxes. The boxes marked with red asterisk indicate fields that are mandatory. Once you have filled in all the required details, click the "Submit" button.
6. You are now on the first page of the Checkout Process where we collect the Delivery Information details. This screen gives you the ability to select whether you want to have your order shipped or whether you want to pick it up. You can also change your shipping address and add any special instructions or comments. Shipping Cost is currently displayed as $0.00, we will update this amount when total shipping cost is calculated. For more information on Shipping Options and Costs, see our Shipping, Delivery & Pick Up page. Once you have performed your selections, click the "Continue Checkout" button to continue.

7. You are now on the 2nd page of the Checkout Process where we collect the Payment Information details. This screen gives you the ability to select which payment type you prefer. For detailed information on payment types, see our Payment Details page. You can also update your Billing Address, enter any Gift Certificate details and supply any special instructions or comments. Once you have made your selections, click the "Continue Checkout" button to continue.

8. You are now on the final page of the Checkout Process where you Confirm all the order details. The screen allows you to check all aspects of your order and click the "Confirm The Order" button if you are happy to proceed. If you find any details that require changing, this screen allows you to edit all aspects of your order if necessary. You can edit: Billing & Shipping Information, Special Instructions/Comments and Shopping Cart Contents.

9. You will now be greeted with a "Thank You! We Appreciate your Business" screen. This indicates that your order has been successfully created. You will receive an automated email from us detailing your order details. We will contact as soon as possible to progress your order.
