All prices by default are in Australian Dollars.
All prices listed in our online store or quoted via email, phone, fax etc include GST Tax for Australian customers.
In the online store, we also include the price without GST tax(in brackets underneath) for overseas customers.
You can select other currencies, by using the Currencies Side Box.
Once you are Logged In, your pricing will automatically switch to your native currency where possible. GST Tax will automatically be removed for overseas customers.
We will try and keep pricing as accurate as possible, but if prices have changed we will notify you before processing the order.

We believe in keeping the customer fully informed of order progress. All customers will be notified of each stage of order progression, regardless of how the order is placed(Web, Phone or Fax) :
- Notification of when order is received(via return email for web order, via fax or phone for fax order, phone orders will receive immediate notification)
- Notification of when order is confirmed. At this stage we inform you of product availability, confirm pricing and confirm payment method.
- Notification of when payment has been received for direct deposit, money order,cheque payments.
- Notification of when order has been shipped.
- Notification if order is delayed for any reason.
All orders placed with Snake Bite are accepted on the basis that the Terms & Conditions page has been read and understood.
Online Store(Web) Orders
The main form of ordering from this site will be via the web/shopping cart built into this site.
If you have any difficulties with the web/shopping cart system please read the How do I Purchase Goods guide. If you are still having problems, then please contact us and we will endeavor to rectify the problem or advise you of an alternative method of placing the order.
We are happy to accept phone orders.
It will speed and greatly assist the ordering process if you know the part numbers for the items required. We do realise that this is not always possible.
We are happy to accept fax orders.
Please include as much detail as you can. e.g. Product Description, Product Model, Quantity, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Contact Phone & Fax Numbers etc.
If paying via Credit Card you will also need our Credit Card Fax Form.
Unavailability of goods or Delay in Processing your order
If for any reason there will be a delay in processing your order, we will contact you immediately and let you know the estimated delivery time.
If you have multiple items ordered from us, we will give you the option of splitting up your order so that the product/s that are available can be delivered immediately.
If the new delivery time is not suitable you are given the option of cancelling your order and a full refund is given if funds have been received.
Cancelling or Altering Orders
If you require to cancel or alter your order in any way, please notify us at your earliest convenience. We will notify you when we receive your alteration or cancellation.
